Course Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Registration must be completed via the official booking form or online portal
  • Confirmation issued upon receipt of payment or approved institutional invoice
  • Places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

2. Eligibility & Professional Conduct

  • Delegates must hold relevant professional registration (e.g. HCPC, CSP, BASRAT)
  • Course content is designed for qualified clinicians with experience in musculoskeletal or neurological rehabilitation
  • Delegates are expected to uphold professional standards throughout the course

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment required to confirm booking
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full refund if cancelled ≥28 days before course date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 14-27 days before course date
  • No refund if cancelled <14 days before course date
  • Delegate substitutions permitted up to 48 hours before course

5. Course Changes & Provider Rights

  • Provider may reschedule, relocate, or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances
  • In such cases, delegates will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future course
  • Provider is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred

6. Health, Safety & Practical Participation

  • Delegates must comply with venue health and safety protocols
  • Emergency procedures will be outlined at the start of the course
  • Practical sessions may involve physical participation in concussion rehabilitation techniques
  • Participation in practicals is entirely voluntary and at the delegate’s own risk
  • Delegates may opt out or degress from any activity without penalty or prejudice
  • Any medical conditions or accessibility needs must be disclosed in advance

7. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

  • Materials provided are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed
  • All content remains the intellectual property of the course provider

8. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data collected for course administration and certification
  • Data handled in accordance with GDPR and provider’s privacy policy
  • Delegates may opt in to receive future CPD updates or course notifications
